The American Rental Association (ARA) has signed the Small Business Coalition for Affordable Healthcare (SBCAH) letter in support of H.R. 436, the Health Care Cost Reduction Act of 2012.

The bill would repeal the 2.3 percent tax on medical devices that is included in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), which could potentially add to increased health care costs for small business and their employees through health insurance companies passing the tax through to customers in the form of higher health insurance premiums.
