Miller-Bradford & Risberg, the Case construction dealer in Northern Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan, has broken ground for its new facility in Negaunee, Mich. The new building will be on two acres off US-41 East, just one mile east of the dealership’s current location. The modern structure will house a variety of new, used and rental equipment, plus offer customers a full range of services for heavy machinery, including shop and on-site services, and parts for any brand. Completion is scheduled for late fall 2012.
“We are pleased to begin construction on our new state-of-the-art facility,” says Mike Soley, president and CEO at Miller-Bradford & Risberg. “It’s a new chapter in our 30-year history in Negaunee.”
“We’ll be able to serve all of our customers in the area more efficiently with the new building,” says Matt Anderson, branch manager at the Negaunee location. “We look forward to welcoming everyone to an open house once we are set up and all moved in.”
Associated Constructors of Marquette, Mich., is serving as the general contractor for the project. The structure will include about 11,500 sq. ft. with four service bays. State-of-the-art diagnostic and repair equipment will be installed throughout. The company plans to post periodic progress updates about the facility online at miller-bradford.com. |
