The Big Bay Boom in San Diego was supposed to be a 15-minute long Independence Day fireworks spectacular. However, a computer glitch caused all of the fireworks to go up in 30 seconds. Several hundred thousand people had gathered to watch what has now been dubbed “The Big Bay Bust.” The company putting on the show, Garden State Fireworks, has promised to do next year’s show for free.
