Rouse Asset Services, Beverly Hills, Calif., reported in its Rouse Rental Report for July that the liquidation value for used equipment decreased 0.2 percent compared to May, but for the first six months of 2012, the values increased 4.9 percent. Rouse also reported that April rental rates increased 1.2 percent compared to March for the companies that participate in Rouse's Rental Metrics Benchmark Service.
